Shiny Owl — Restaurant in Tokyo

The first time I went there, I had the "Tea Time Set" with a friend - I took the Gyokuro tea and the Gateau au chocolat. The Gyokuro tea was very good and when we got the dessert it came with a scoop of ice-cream, a few different fruit slices and macaroons that were delicious. The presentation was also superb. Only negative thing was, that the Gateau of chocolat was quite small. But, I'll still give full 5 Stars here, considering everything.

However, when I went there a second time and ordered the exact same thing, there was only the Gateau au chocolat and the ice-cream scoop now - nothing of the rest, which felt quite underwhelming. If I could, I would give 3.5 stars, but only full numbers...

Very disappointed with the service. The servers (especially the main one) were not friendly at all, and even though there were some empty seats, customers were forced to wait outside in the cold for no apparent reason.

I was the second one just got into the restaurant, and after noon there was a line that should not have been there due to their ineptitude. I also do not understand the one-drink system. It is not a ‘starred’ restaurant, is it too pretentious? I will not go...

最悪！the worst service I’ve ever encountered in restaurants/cafes in this area. The food was okay and some were even good but it took 30 minutes for appetizers and over forty minutes for main dishes to arrive. They kept coming back to cancel our orders because they didn’t have the food and the waitresses were airheaded and aloof. We ordered pasta telling them it was specifically for a five year old but they put a huge ton of chili....
