Can you believe that something incredible happened to me in such a fast food restaurant? When I entered, I asked the male clerk in English, "Can I eat here?" This was my first time in Japan. I just arrived at the hotel and went out to eat. I wanted to ask politely, but he said it was already closed. It was only around 8pm. You can see their business hours. It was still early before closing time. I was shocked, I asked why again, he made two crossed prayers with his arms and said to me: "Get out". I just wanted to ask him, why did you speak so rudely, why did you let us out when the closing time was still a long time ago? When I was shocked, I unconsciously took a step back. I didn't know there was a step behind, So I fell down, and he quickly and carefully said, you can go to the place above to eat. Do you understand after seeing this, he just doesn't want to receive us. Just because we have Chinese faces, my son and I communicated in Chinese when we were at the door. Before coming here, many Chinese people said on the Internet that many restaurants in Japan were rude and refused to let them in. After all, I had been there before and didn’t understand the real situation. My experience at that time shocked me. My son and I asked about two restaurants in this store before, and they both gave me the same reason. Moreover, I and other people saw me after we entered and thought that the fast food restaurant should not reject us! I encountered it twice in just ten minutes. They seem to be very used to using the cross gesture to humiliate people. We are from Australia and have been on a plane for more than 9 hours. It took more than two hours from the airport to the hotel. We are already very tired. To experience such a thing again is something I have never encountered in...

Read moreHave come here twice so far with my wife since it's close by, definitely a nice place to grab lunch or dinner if you don't feel like anything in particular. I think my favorite is the cheese filled Hamburg.
You walk in, take a seat, order, staff is very friendly. If you speak English, they do have an English menu available to you, but believe me, the items available on the Japanese menu are not all available on the English menu, so give it your best shot with the pictures and order from the Japanese menu!
Prices are reasonable and the food is obviously good, just as...
