Absolutely unacceptable waiting time and bad bitter coffee. This review probably won't make a difference. I have long admired supreme..coming all the way from u.k and running two specialty coffee shops. I made this a point on my tokyo trip. So excited but the whole experience was awful. I felt for the barista it was a solo effort but so inefficient. I waited almost 25 minutes for a simple order of 2 flat whites and 1 babycinos. The barista was exceptionally slow and was having a chat with each customer when there was a back flow or orders. He took an order and made a coffee 2 orders ago. And did the same thing on a very small que.. it took too long and the product was a bitter coffee...I have used your beans before on my shop as a guest espresso and it certainly didn't taste as bad. My babycino for my kids where so so small. Just a 1inch froth. Not really any apologies for the wait time. Your brand has an avid following, can't feel but it's hype for the ignorant who do not know quality and style over substance...the quality and service doesn't live up... which I'm sure is not the same in new Zealand... So very disappointed and waste of...
Read moreI found this little cafe while strolling through a lovely neighborhood, and I’m so happy I did! They have a nice sunny rooftop terrace that’s perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee.
I had a batch brew filter coffee and got to choose between two different options. They even let me try a small sip before deciding, which was really nice. The Ethiopian light roast was flavorful and exactly what I expected.

I lost my wallet on a public bus two days ago and immediately filed a police report. Until today, the police hadn’t found it. While talking with Momo about people in Tokyo, I shared my story and wondered if someone might return it. She offered to call the bus organization for me, which was a huge help since I don’t speak Japanese well.
Momo made a couple of calls, and soon enough, my wallet was found! She gave me all the details on where to go and what to bring to pick it up. Thanks to her, my holiday was saved.
So, long story short: cute little cafe with great coffee and truly exceptional customer service! Definitely...
Read moreFor any other Pacific Islanders out there this little slice of a building is a compendium of New Zealand businesses. There’s a lovely collection of kiwi illustrations, Supreme serves coffees from various parts of the world and the lesser known like Papuan New Guinea. The lattes and dirty chais are delightful, served by a super friendly staff - I’m also a fan of the open seating and good flow of air which made for comfortable/safe seating in pandemic times in the less busy hours. I’d thoroughly recommend trying out their toasted goodies or sweet treats, on Friday they’ve got some lovey pastries/baked goods from a local baker - definitely a good way to end the week/start...
