It wasn't my first time visiting the place. And I was truly excited to introduce their wonderful chocolate to my boyfriend. I was. But sometimes customer service and staff attitude just outbalance everything else.
It started alright, we both ordered hot chocolate, everyone was polite and nice. 15 or 20 minutes later we got our order. I mean half of the order. We got only one portion of the chocolate. Surely I wanted to wait for another one. And I waited. 20 minutes more. Finally staff brought it to us. Even though I personally think that 40 minutes is too much, I didn't want to become that grumpy customer who is forever unhappy. Anything can happen, right? Well, our waitress was kind enough to offer warming up my not-hot-anymore chocolate. She. Offered. It. Warming up chocolate took them another 10-12 minutes. Needless to say that the whole experience was completely ruined. And all we got was another sumimasen. No discount, no clear explanation (just mumbling about something being broken in the kitchen).
What can I say. Their dessetrs and chocolates are nice, but think twice before you recommend this place for some relaxing...

Maybe you're wondering, is that chocolate cake really that great?
Short answer is yes, yes it is.
The ganache and the cake are fantastic. It's a great texture, and not too sweet or bitter. A really excellent taste and texture.
They also have a wide range of chocolates as well. Tried four or five of these, one or two were standout and the others were still undeniably high quality (but not to my friend's or my taste).
There is a small eat in area where you can get a drink and some of the different cakes/chocolate that they have there. It was full when we went but luckily someone was leaving. I imagine most of their business is take out. Either way, go for the cake. Then maybe buy one to take with you (or regret you didn't like myself).
Totally worth a visit. Go and indulge...

I ordered their famous Theobroma cake. It is clean, smooth, and not too rich. The menu doesn’t list their cakes, you have to order from the front. They also have shaved ice and seasonal drinks.
Their cacao tea was very watery. I don’t recommend.
The staff were nice and accommodating, I even got a complimentary half madeleine, which albeit tasted a...
