It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in Japan. We tried to order a lunch set and a main dish wagyu. At first, the waiter trying to convince us to order two lunch set and refused to take the other. We asked about three times for the reasons then the waiter said it’ll take 30 minutes for the wagyu if we still want it. The wagyu tasted like chewing gum. Mixed reviews but I had a great dining experience. Ordered prix fixe course ¥7,700 incl. tax -very reasonable starting with amuse, assorted appetizer, fish dish, meat dish, 2 pasta dishes hot and cold, lovely dessert and cafe. Every dish was executed nicely and flavorful. Service was excellent. I'm wavering between 3 and 4 stars as it actually deserves 3.5. The burger fair special burger was good because of presentation and ingredients but they ruined it with a sweet sauce rather than savory sauce. Had a decent amount of foie gras and black truffle but it needed to be properly seasoned. A bit of truffle salt and reduced sweetness would turn this review into 5 stars.
