If you're looking for a great bowl of Tan Tan Ramen in Ginza, this place is worth checking out! I was amazed by the portion size—even the regular size is quite big. 一軒目の居酒屋で結構飲んだ後、お客様に連れられ刀削麺園で西安料理。 お腹はそれ程空いてなかったが、孜然牙簽羊肉(ラム肉のズーラン炒め)のクミンの強い香りやシビカラの麻婆豆腐、香嘴魚(白身魚の西安香り煮)と思われるマーラーの超効いた煮物をツマミにレモンサワーを堪能。 連れて行って頂いたお客様が言うだけあって本場の料理に満足。 2024/2/9 一件目で焼き肉をたらふく食べたのち、知り合いの馴染みお店で二次会。 最近、料理長が以前の方に変わったようで、味が戻ったことから最近よく来るらしい。 ハイボールに棒餃子、エビマヨは定番らしく、それにラム肉のクミン風炒めを注文。、 棒餃子、何もつけなくても旨く、エビマヨは衣に甘いマヨネーズソースが絡んでこれも旨い。 そしてラム肉のクミン風炒め、これこそスパイシーで最高のおつまみ。 最後は記憶がないほど飲んでしまい、今回も最高でした。 2024/2/27 取引先にお伺いすると飲みに誘われてしまい取引先の馴染みの西安料理 刀削麺園で中華。 既に予約してあったようで、牛ハチノスと牛肉辛味和え、砂肝の冷菜、ラム肉のクミン風炒め、マーラー豆腐、エビチリソース、鉄板焼き餃子、回鍋肉、野菜の干鍋など等３人では食べきれない量の料理が出て来ました。 この中でも牛ハチノスと牛肉辛味和え、砂肝の冷菜、ラム肉のクミン風炒めは特にスパイシーで、二日酔いになるほど飲んだ影響もありますが、翌日この香辛料のせいでお腹とお尻が大変なことになりました。 いやー、香辛料は本当に侮れない・・・ 2024/6/12 取引先の会合に招かれて、西安料理...

刀削麺を、食べたくなって訪問！店内はカウンター席とテーブル席、2階席もあるのかな？店内奥には刀削麺を作ってるキッチンがガラス張りでみえます。オーダーはiPadからでハイテク！でも…なんとなく…店内の装飾がもう少しがんばりましょう。という感じ。刀削麺は美味しかったです。器がかなり大きくてインスタ映えであること間違いなし！でも、店内のメニューの張り紙がいらないかなぁ〜と個人的に！2階にあがる階段にモノクロの写真楯が壁に掲示されてるのはオシャレだったので、そのモダンなイメージの店内の装飾統一するとお洒落なのかも😊お客さんはお一人様が、多かったです。火鍋もあるみたいなので、次回チャレンジしたいな！
