I was afraid I wouldn't be able to enjoy any of the amazing cuisines available in Tokyo due to my dietary restrictions, which includes avoiding highly processed foods. I luckily found Feel Goods Foods while researching healthy meal options online. I was amazed by the selection of locally sourced farm fresh produce, protein, baked goods, and tea that are personally backed by the chef. Everything I sampled on the health-conscious flavorful menu surpassed my expectations. I visited the restaurant every time I could while I was abroad and also ordered takeout. Service was outstanding. Very affordable. It was an unexpected, great dining experience. *I apologize about the pictures, I couldn't wait to start eating!!!*

If you like vegetables I highly recommend to come here!! There is always a selection of delicious seasonal vegetables and the selection has been different each time I’ve visited. I’ve tried both the falafel and chicken plate and can recommend both. Not only that but the owner Yoshi san is very friendly and also sources vegetables directly from local farms, so you can support local farmers by eating here too. My only problem is I work a bit far away so don’t get chance to visit often, but I try to come whenever I am visiting the National Art Center.

Extremely good food. We craved something on the healthier side but was not wanting to compromise taste and we got it here. They offer a vegetarian/vegan plate in falafels, and chicken if you are omnivore. I got the chicken and it was really well seasoned. Thanks to the chef/owner for being nice to give us a counter seat when it was full today, and was nice to chitchat with us to make us feel at ease. Merci beaucoup from Quebec!

Feel Good Foods lives up to its name in every way. In a city where it can be surprisingly hard to find a variety of vegetables in restaurants, this place is a breath of fresh air. Everything on the menu is thoughtfully prepared to nourish both body and mind.

The atmosphere is just as special. It’s the kind of place where regulars greet each other, chat with the owner, and create a warm, welcoming community. Also, Yoshi, the owner, curates a music playlist that’s just as comforting as the food and makes you want to linger a little longer.

Whether you’re craving something fresh or simply a place to relax and feel at home, Feel Good Foods delivers...
