Went there yesterday - All the food and drink are quite good, however the customer service was horrible and I will never return.

The biggest highlight was that their credit card machine wasn't working. They brought the machine to our table, rude, asked me to use my card again (a company card), and showed me the error sign.

I eventually had to walk to the ATM and get money. When I returned, the manager was not apologetic at all and barely said anything. Worst customer service in Japan I've ever experienced. He did discount the meal which I demanded. However the discount was not commensurate with the horrible service and lack of sympathy.

As we left, still with no apology, I asked him frankly "why are you not apologizing?" He then gave a very discourteous and rude bow and we left vowing never to return.

The female waitstaff are completely incompetent and in no way can be professional. I...

Amazing atmosphere. Delicious beer.

We sat on the patio on the first floor, which is somewhat rare for outdoor seating in Tokyo.

The food menu was sneakily delicious. • The Jalapeño poppers come individually in glass cups with their own dip… insane!! So good. • The fries sound boring, but pair with the unique in-house sauces! • Buffalo wings not the type buried in sauce… but also not the mini weird ones often found in Japan.

100% recommend! However, danger if drinking 8% beers at...

Down a little side street off the main drag in West Shinjuku, across from a low-rent gym, you'll find YYG Brewery - and you should go find it! Tasty beers, with collaborations from all over the place. Chill indoor and outdoor seating, overall a quietly hip environment with excellent beers - there were more than 10 the night we were there. Staff was friendly, our group of four each chose a different beer based on their recommendations, and we all liked what we got. Go check it...

Came for a few beers and a bite with a work colleague on a Thursday early evening around 6pm. Place was empty - didn't change when we left at 9pm. We had a few beers (shinjuku pale ale, some hazy session and a hazy ipa) all were decent, food was ok - nothing to write home about but also went well with the beers. It's pay as you go on first floor (they also have resturant on 7th floor same bldg) which is cash or card. Overall decent - had a terrace which is nice I guess on cooler month.

A friendly craft beer spot in Shinjuku worth a visit if you like a decent selection of craft beer. Outdoor seating is a plus, as is the fact that being in Shinjuku means you are close to lots of other places too, so this can be a good place to close out your evening (or start it). I also liked the decor of this place, the way the taps were presented, and the onsite brewing facilities. Staff were friendly and professional. Overall, lots of reasons to go again, and no reasons not to!
