We ordered different sets and had tried 7 kinds of Miyazaki Beef, the best beef in Japan, which were soooooooo good. Everyone knows Japan is well known for its excellent quality beef and the best beef was reserved to be consumed in Japan. At a national competition that is held every 5 years and often referred to as the Olympics of Wagyu Beef, Miyazaki Beef won the top prize of the Prime Minister Award 3 times consecutively, meaning that it held the top spot in Japan for 15 years straight. The finely marbled meat was both beautiful and with great texture.
On the menu it says Ozaki beef. Ozaki beef refers to beef from Wagyu cattle raised on a single farm that's owned and managed by Mr. Muneharu Ozaki in Miyazaki Prefecture. He's the only farmer in Japan to use his own name to market his beef.

Read moreThis was our first dinner in Tokyo. We were absolutely knackered and so glad to have found a place for dinner. We chose the mixed meat cuts and some veggies for the grill plus some rice. It was very nice. But what stood out for me above and beyond was the young gentleman serving us. His english was excellent (which is not all that common even in Tokyo) and he was absolutely adorable. To help us he wrote two phrases in Japanese on a coaster for us to complete « We want to go to… » and « where is… » to show a taxi driver or ask people.
