We ordered different sets and had tried 7 kinds of Miyazaki Beef, the best beef in Japan, which were soooooooo good. Everyone knows Japan is well known for its excellent quality beef and the best beef was reserved to be consumed in Japan. At a national competition that is held every 5 years and often referred to as the Olympics of Wagyu Beef, Miyazaki Beef won the top prize of the Prime Minister Award 3 times consecutively, meaning that it held the top spot in Japan for 15 years straight. The finely marbled meat was both beautiful and with great texture. On the menu it says Ozaki beef. Ozaki beef refers to beef from Wagyu cattle raised on a single farm that's owned and managed by Mr. Muneharu Ozaki in Miyazaki Prefecture. He's the only farmer in Japan to use his own name to market his beef. Even the cold ramen that we ordered apart from the sets was so yummy. The texture was very 煙靭.

This was our first dinner in Tokyo. We were absolutely knackered and so glad to have found a place for dinner. We chose the mixed meat cuts and some veggies for the grill plus some rice. It was very nice. But what stood out for me above and beyond was the young gentleman serving us. His english was excellent (which is not all that common even in Tokyo) and he was absolutely adorable. To help us he wrote two phrases in Japanese on a coaster for us to complete « We want to go to… » and « where is… » to show a taxi driver or ask people. I know we live in the world of google translate, but I found this very sweet and caring. I have no idea what his name is, but thanks for making our first evening in Tokyo memorable.

We were looking for a yakiniku spot in Ginza, and somehow landed on Ginza Himuka! We reserved a table online, super easy and straight forward. The service was incredible. The best service we’ve ever had in Tokyo. All the staff were friendly and professional. I love that the rooms have semi-private doors. Food was AMAZING! The beef just melts in your mouth and you can tell they carefully select the meat choices they serve you. Can’t wait to go back here!!

The food here was the highest quality in japan it was excellent like no other you get to fry your own food on your table or you can get someone to make it for you. the staff were so nice and helpful they gave great service and all spoke great english.the atmosphere is a nice happy atmosphere.you can easily have a nice conversation with a couple of friends without getting disrupted . They have many vegan options and everything is friendly to people who speak japanese or don’t the menu comes with photos and in english . if i could come here...
