Went here for my birthday dinner and WOW. The service was awesome and the food was to-die-for. I wanted to hug the chef, but knew it was better if I didn’t. Would HIGHLY recommend for a special occasion, and to get one of the omakase meals with an appetizer, sashimi, sushi, and dessert. I have a gluten intolerance. The lady at the front indicated that they did t have soya sauce that was gluten free. I said no problem I brought tamari. They made everything gluten free. Best sushi I’ve had so far. Yes it’s expensive. But it’s worth it. You only Live once.

Incredible sushi. You can tell they use only the absolute best seafood and prepare it with the utmost skill. The chefs are not only great at preparation, they're funny too.

お店はタワー館のフロントを抜けた先に位置しています。本館側にもお店があるので注意です。 事前に備前コースを予約しました。 突出、刺身、焼物、椀、にぎり(10貫)、デザートをいただきました。 ほとんどの席がカウンターで目の前で板前さんが握ってくださいます。苦手な食材がある場合は事前に伝えることで差し替えをしてもらえます。海老に関しても生orボイルを選択することができます。 どの品も美味しくいただきました。 海老に関しては生きた状態で捌いてくれるため、とても新鮮な食感と甘味を味わうことができました。個人的には中トロ、イカ、生海老、ハマグリがおすすめです。 板前の皆さんがとても気さくな方々なので会話を楽しむこともできます。魚に関する知識も当然豊富なので、魚に関する様々な質問に答えていただきとても勉強になりました。 ホテルニューオータニの中にあるため大きな屋内駐車場が利用できます。
