Terrible Experience – Never Coming Back

I’ve never encountered such horrible customer service in my life. The staff at this hookah lounge were unbelievably rude and disrespectful from the moment we walked in. They made us feel unwelcome and acted as if we were inconveniencing them by being there.

To make matters worse, they completely ignored our requests, and when we politely tried to clarify an issue with our order, they responded with an attitude instead of resolving the problem. It’s shocking that a business that relies on customer satisfaction could treat people so poorly.

The atmosphere was ruined by their behavior, and the hookah itself wasn’t even worth it. There are far better places out there that actually value their customers. Save your time and money—go somewhere else.

I stopped by this spot in the Ginza district while visiting Tokyo with my friends. I came solo while they were at the hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome.

So, let’s start by this place has a flavor called hinoki- yes, like the tree smell. We got a hinoki, lycee, melon and lemongrass mix, I know it sounds gross but woah woah wow!
