My mother and I had a room for one week. From thursday to thursday and we liked our stay a lot. The hotel is just in the right place, because you have a Conbini, a supermarket, a big train station, lots of restaurants and a police station nearby. It's really good when you want to travel around Tokyo and visit different parts of it. The train station has many lines and the system is well done. It offers a bunch of JR-lines, the Ginza line and the Yurikamome line. Great for travel.

The room is a little small for European standarts, but since it is common practice in Japan and we are in Tokyo after all, the size was reasonable. It had a LOT of complementary items, which all fit perfectly. There was a clothing iron, a kettle, two cups for tea, a massage chair, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You were also able to get other stuff from the reception. They also have two bottles of water in the mini fridge when you arrive. We loved the shower and the AC, although it takes some time to figure out all the modes. We also loved the cleaning service, since they gave us new water bottles and got rid of the empty ones in our room (we only had two laying around). The window doesn't open.

The service is built upon the "self-explanatory" or "do it yourself" concept. The reception is basically just for check-in and greeting you in the morning when you walk to breakfast. Otherwise: Cleaning happens from 10am-2pm and the ladies are very nice. I had one conversation with a guy from the reception in Japanese, because we didn't know where the taxis were. He told me he couldn't call for a taxi, because taxis are already waiting outside to the left, when you walk out of the hotel. Really easy to get to. I recommend being able to speak conversational Japanese, or at least some basic sentences, otherwise you won't have a pleasent time talking to the receptionists, since some of them don't speak English. We also witnessed a fire alarm during our stay and the lady from the reception was able to speak English and with the help of the police handled the situation very well. It was a false alarm and we were all able to get back to our rooms. So a few speak a bit of English, and others don't. Gotta be either lucky or unlucky.

My mom and I loved the breakfast. It was amazing and we were excited for it every day. Highly recommend trying the Vietnamese restaurant outside of breakfast-time too.

Over-all we would go here again. But we missed having a wash salon, or just some kind of way to wash our clothing. Especially, since we stayed for...

My recent stay was for 5 nights. My family and I truly enjoyed it. First off, the location is very good in the heart of Ginza, close to Shimbashi station, and a convenient Family Mart downstairs.

The reception desk at check in was extremely friendly and spoke English well. I had even requested a late check out, which costs and additional 1500 yen per hour per room (only of available so inquire early via email). I had two rooms: one double bed and one twin. The twin is bigger so it’s a little more expensive. But it has an actual bath tub in the shower stall, and a separate toilet with its own door. The twin beds are right next to each other, but the room and bathroom is bigger than the double bed. The double bed has only a small bathroom with a shower (hand wand and waterfall shower heads available). But the rooms were clean, the water pressure in the shower was great, and the massage chair was nice after a long day of walking. There’s also an electric kettle in the room that works really well, and a selection of coffees and tea bags downstairs that you can help yourself to.

A feature I liked was that you have to put a room key in the slot inside your room door to turn on the electricity. This affects the thermostat, toilet, lights, etc. I know people might find this inconvenient, but I think it’s a great way for this business to save on utilities when people aren’t in the room.

You also have your choice with the room cleaning. You use the magnets to tell them if you don’t want to have it cleaned, or if you just want them to do the bare minimum (like change the towels). You can leave your trash outside the door if you don’t want cleaning and just want them to take that away.

We added the breakfast to our reservation, and I’m glad we did. There was a good selection of Asian and western dishes. They also offer a choice of a bowl of rice noodles, that changes a little each day and resembles pho. It is included in the breakfast. Some of the dishes were the same each day, but there were minor changes so it wasn’t the exact same every day. So we filled ourselves up at the start of each day. It was easy, convenient, and delicious.

Check out was a breeze on the kiosk because you just need to insert your room key (extra keys will need to be surrendered to the front desk). I definitely recommend this hotel and will plan to stay here again when visiting Tokyo because of its value and my...

I have stayed at this hotel over the years and It’s my favourite hotel everytime visiting Tokyo - location , well you can't go wrong staying at Ginza , restaurants , shopping within walking distance . there is a Donki store open for 24 hours also there is a family-mart and 7-11 convenience store located around at the corner of another hotel entrance , in addition there is a 24 hour supermarket, all on your door step . A police station only 50metre away too -public transport , It is located in Ginza but there is a metro station nearby , Shimbashi Station just 5 mins away from the hotel , I think Ginza station about 8 mins , both stations are convenient to go anywhere in Tokyo , easy to transfer to different metro line too . -room size I stayed at room 1611 , located on the top floor , the room was big enough for two , 23 sqm . I travelled with 2 large suitcases (62inch each) plus one carrying-on suitcase , no problems to open the luggage with space to walk in the room . the room was well isolated with sound , rarely hear any noise . -hotel amenities A descent size bathtub , bathroom seperate from toilet . shampoo , shower gel were all organic and we loved them so much we even purchased them from the vending machine when we checked out . Most important of all , there was a MASSAGE seat in the room , it was such an amazing experience to have a hot bath and enjoy the massage from head to foot . I loved it so much and I have contacted the manufacturer trying to get one of their massage seat in Australia the appliance in the room were great to use , sony tv with Chromecast to watch netflix and youtube . Panasonic hairdryer was very light . Tiger Kettle was quite . - Value for money , consider everything I have mentioned , It was $80k yen for 5 nights , I barely can't fault anything . If I had to be fussey , I would say , the basin was too low , I am 175cm tall but the basin was just over my knee , far below my waist . It was a bit inconvenient to use it also the toilet seat didn't have the dry functions and unable to adjust the water position but to be honest , not a deal breaker , everything was soooooo great . I would come back for sure ! I can't wait to stay there again . Look forward to it !

We stayed here for 3 nights, with a one night break (overnight trip) and then back for 4 nights. It was an odd experience to say the least. We stayed here with friends who were in different rooms and each time, we got different sized/layout rooms even though it was all the same price/Booking type. Some of the room layouts are really cramped, but the one we got for our last 4 days was good. We understand layouts are going to be different, but this was cramped vs spacious. There are also free 'premium' amenities at the service desk. One staff member said we can take one each of each type everyday for the first three nights, so we did. On our second stay, one staff member told us it was only 1 item per person per day, but we were staying four nights, so we could take 4 each. We did and immediately were told that it was come and get it 1 per day. And so we did. The next two days we took one item and there was no problem. The final night we took one item to be stopped and told we should have taken our share at check in. Perhaps it was a language barrier, but the staff were also not particularly friendly or helpful in every interaction. We arrived about 30mins earlier than check in time and were told it would be ¥500 to check in '1 hour early'. We said no thank you. We waited alongside 5 other groups to all check in at 3pm lining up to do so. Talk about inefficiency? The vibe i get is this place is a hotel trying to be upper class and fancy but not pulling it off at all. We were able to store our luggage at ¥100 per piece for the night we did the overnight trip. That was a good perk. Disappointed overall, for the price we paid. Better service was expected of a "4 star hotel".
