MISTAKES HAPPEN BUT THEY DO NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY!

Went into the Ginza store to look at some Rolex GMT Pepsi but they did not have any with a jubilee bracelet. I was told they had one in Nakano and they can have the watch sent over to Ginza as I did not have time to go to Nakano the day of. They mentioned if I signed up for a membership I can have the watch 'RESERVED' for two business days. This sounded great, I did not have to make a trip and the watch was being delivered to a location closer to where I was staying.

I had the watch sent from Nakano Broadway to Ginza store on 10/9/23 and was told I had till 10/11/23 8PM.

I followed up on 10/10/23 by giving them a call to see if the watch was in store, they said to come on 10/11/23.

The following day 10/11/23 I made my way to the store at ~3pm and asked about the watch I had on reserve. They were a bit confused as I mentioned I had a Rolex GMT Pepsi on jubilee on hold and proceeded to show me their inventory. One of the salesman said we just sold a Rolex GMT Pepsi on Jubilee two hours ago. I was puzzled but proceeded to say I had one on reserve. They reviewed their paperwork and found my document of the watch to be requested to be sent to Ginza store and to be reserved.

I am currently very upset at this situation as I was pretty set on purchasing this watch. They continued to say they did not have the watch and wanted to sell me an inferior watch at a higher price. The watch I reserved was a 2023 but they only had a 2022 but it was also more expensive. I mentioned that I did not want to pay more for an item that is inferior. They just said sorry but did not take any accountability on the matter. I walked away irritated as they are not honorable with their word.

They may have good prices but I would not trust them with their word once you walk out the door. They will not take accountability for their mistake and I do not believe they will take care of you after your purchase. BUYER BEWARE especially if you are...

I am very impressed with the customer service at this store. I visited the store looking for a specific model, and I was assisted by Suzuki and Daniel, who helped with the English communication. They ordered the model for me after I found it on the website, as it was not available in the store at the time. We stayed in contact via email, and they notified me as soon as the watch arrived.
