We had the cheese selection with salad and some of the spring seasonal pizza half bean and half shrimp.

The cheese was amazing, especially the fresh mozzarella which was fresh, salty, and chewy. Some of the best I've ever had and I will go out of my way for good cheese.

The pizza was also delightful, Neapolitan style with fresh toppings and a good crunch with the cabbage. It was a new experience to have cabbage on pizza but wow, so tasty, fresh, lemony. The bean pizza tasted like spring. The crust of the pizza is chewy and thin. The pizza did not have tomato sauce, just olive oil and cheese more common to the Neapolitan style.

I laughed out loud at the review that said 'lewd music'. I thank them for making me laugh. The music is 90s and early 2000s hip hop and R&B. It's not loud and doesn't intrude on conversation.

There was no wait on a weekday afternoon at opening for lunch.

It is a good pizza place and if I lived here, I would eat here often as they change their menu...

I had the pleasure of sampling the French toast, bacon and egg, as well as an open sandwich featuring salmon, avocado and cheese. Each was prepared with care and delivered a satisfying, unique breakfast experience. The open sandwich was a particular standout - the combination of salmon, avocado and cheese creating a delightful flavour profile.

For hotel guests, there's an added benefit of a 10% discount on lunch or dinner at the restaurant, a thoughtful touch that's bound to encourage return visits. Despite the somewhat unconventional pizza options and lack of an English menu (although Google Translate can assist with that), the high-quality ingredients and creativity of the dishes, coupled with the discount for hotel guests, make this a dining destination worth trying.

We got here at a little past 9 pm and the place has a cozy vibe, perfect for lounging.

We were immediately seated and served water. It wasn't crowded when we came in. We ordered the standard set with half and half salmon and margerita pizza with buratta cheese.

The pizza was flavorful yet light on the stomach. The food was reasonably priced and one can taste the high quality of the ingredients used.

The cheese was a bit on the bland side, it's more of creamy and milky than tasty. If you're a fan of strong cheeses like cheddar, you might not like this. Everything was freshly made though.

We'll definitely visit again when we return to this...
