Read moreThis was the WORST experience ever! We visited this café after seeing it on Instagram, expecting a nice time, but instead, we were treated horribly. I had just come from another café and changed outfits so I wouldn’t have the same photos. After taking only 2-3 pictures, an older male employee came over and RUDELY demanded that we stop taking photos. His attitude was completely uncalled for aggressive, unprofessional, and absolutely disgusting.
What made it worse was that other customers were taking photos without any issues, but he singled us out. We tried to calmly explain, but he kept being incredibly disrespectful. None of the staff helped us, and even the cashier was unfriendly and dismissive. On top of that, none of them could communicate in English, making the situation even more frustrating.
This was the most horrible travel experience I’ve ever had. It ruined my entire trip. Japan was supposed to be amazing, but this experience made me never want to come back. Absolutely...
Read moreA very big let down. Very expensive and poor quality coffee.
They claim to specialise in coffee and charge a substantial amount more for certain types. I tried their "specialty" Colombian drip coffee for 770 Yen (around 4 Euros/GBP). It was so weak and watery. It genuinely tasted more of water than coffee. They obviously do not use enough coffee beans and/or brew it for long enough which is very annoying considering the price you pay for this type of coffee.
I genuinely recommend going to McDonalds or 7-Eleven if you want a coffee. Don't waste your money on this weak coffee.
We also had the lemon chicken sandwich which was very tasty, but again, it's like they're rationing the amount they give you. There must have been about two tiny shreds of chicken in the sandwich.
Overall, it was a big disappointment and I left very frustrated with the amount of money spent on...
