Visited there alone and so I can only try the dessert set, Burrate Cheese Pancake in Tiramisu style with a cup of hot Latte.

The outlook of the dessert is perfectly good for making photo at social media.

However, back to the actual taste of the food. the pancake was not hot as expected and so I thought it was ready lomg time ago, not freshly made.

The topping was not cold in room temperature, and not sweet enough as being a dessert.

There was a big mozzarella on the top of pancake. I like mozzarella in fact, but I don't like the taste (no taste), texture and the temperature of the mozzarella they put at this dessert.

So the combination is, a room temperature cream and mozzarella are added onto a slightly warm pancake.....feeling just like a dessert left from last night and heat again by microwave.

To be fair, the hot latte is quite good which is rich, smooth texture and under a OK temperature.

Maybe I expected too much. Maybe their other desserts are good, maybe I should try the cheesecake instead of pancake.

Maybe I should NOT try this in the last day of my trip at Toyko.

This place is quite close to Ueno Station, (up on the stairwell next to the exit of the station). A place, where I certainly will return next time I'll go to Japan! A very cozy place. The coffe here is good. It's the best place for cheese lovers: they put a mozzarella on the top of their Tiramisù pancake🥞!!!!! The cheese cake and the coffee latte were very nice. There was a contrast between cream cheese and the berries and the crumbles (with a mild zing of lemon zest I suppose) that all together boost flavors and textures in the mouth. That was a true pleasure enjoying the cake. Coffee latte was not filled with foam but warm and not so bitter or strong like the others. I even prefer it to Starbucks.
