Read about the restaurant on Google Maps after trying to find a nice dinner place near the hotel. Pros: Was able to make a reservation online despite the website being Japanese (thanks Goggle Translate) Gyuzen Kanda's service staff were all very friendly, professional and tried their best to recommend the various beef and pork offerings - was able to communicate in English with minimum fuss. Excellent location near Kanda station Hokkaido beef shabu shabu was of excellent quality. Had our fill with one person set which came with vegetables like cabbage, tofu, rice cake(yummy), mushrooms. Con: Serving size may not be enough for big eaters but enough for asian female appetite. Drinks quite pricey. Rice is additional charge. They don't seem to serve iced water.

We randomly found a shabu place near our hotel as we felt very hungry after touching down. We were pleased with the service of the place. We walked in without any reservations and managed to get a booth seat with a private room. We each ordered an individual set of Kagoshima pork for 2157 yen with tax. Added extra set of 8 kinds of vegetable for 1700. The pork set comes with free ramen with a unique dipping sauce, super yummy! We added on udon too and wow, they serve with a bowl of udon sauce - you are to add more soup to the sauce. Love the attentiveness of the staff! Very courteous with a cute sense of humor. Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area. Would definitely go back to try the beef for a second time.

Was trying to find sukiyaki nearby Tokyo after our outlet shopping. There’s one in Kanda nearby its JR station. Remember to book early as they get quite full. Food: Beef was amazing and melts in your mouth, we ordered the sukiyaki set with highballs. Service: Just click the button on the table and they will come to serve you Atmosphere: We were lucky to have a small room by ourselves, more privacy after a long day out.

It was a pleasant night dining here. My friend I just arriving 新日本橋 and searching for our last dinner in Japan of two weeks stay. They have normal set meal and all you can eat meal with all different kinds of meets, we choose all you can eat, one glass of umeshu and ginger ale as addition. The whole environment is clean, staffs are very kind, friendly and understanding. We are so happy that we choose the best restaurant; thank you so much for all the good service you gave. I ordered rice and the staff told me had to wait cuz they run out off it and just started preparing new nice, I was surprised that even I wasn’t eager to eat rice, but she came over and over again just to say sorry.
