When you're a professional, you know perfectly well which photos on a film are bad. Those that are underexposed or overexposed... On the other hand, when you're just attracted by profit and you think that this is just a gaijin with a disposable camera, you develop them all, even the most bad ones, so you can charge them all 75¥ per printed unit, plus a basic charge of 950¥. In total, I paid 2900 yen, or 17 euros, and 26 out of 26 photos on my film were developed, even the most bad ones. I therefore absolutely do not recommend this chain, which is dishonest and way too expensive. I will not go back there, and I invite gaijins like me to favor small, welcoming and passionate neighborhood businesses to have your photos developed. - プロなら、フィルムで撮った写真の出来が悪かったり、露出不足だったり、露出オーバーだったり…と、プロの仕事にばかり目が行きがちで、相手は使い捨てカメラの外国人だと思い込んでいると、どんなに出来の悪い写真でも全部現像してしまい、基本料金950円に加えて、一枚75円も請求してくるのです。私は合計2900円（17ユーロ）を支払い、フィルムに写っていた26枚の写真のうち26枚が現像されました。ですから、このチェーン店は絶対におすすめしません。不誠実で、あまりにも高すぎます。二度と利用しません。私のような外国人には、写真の現像は、こぢんまりとして親切で、情熱的な地元のお店を選ぶことをお勧めします。

The staff(an old gentleman)’s attitude was extremely negative and bad. We asked how many days we have to wait if we want to buy a Fuji camera, but he repeatedly said that he has no idea at all. We also went to other stores selling the same type camera such as bic camera, and their staff said 3 months would be totally enough. This Kitamura’s staff was rude and I can definitely tell from his tone. He didn’t let us know any information but just told us I have no idea when the new cameras could arrive. So we can’t make any decision. I will see what’s the use of this staff if he can’t suggest anything or know anything about the arrive date if the products. All in all his attitude and way of speaking was intolerable for any customer who want to buy any products from this store. One more thing, when we tried to call him for the first time he ignored us completely and we had to call him using a loud voice. The experience was...

I had a great experience at this camera store. They offer a wide range of products and the staff were incredibly helpful and patient.
