I stayed at this serviced apartment in Kanda for one month. The location was extremely convenient, being very close to the station and surrounded by numerous shops and a gym. The interior decor was appealing, and although the space wasn't large, it contained everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
However, there were several drawbacks. The area designated for rubbish disposal was cramped, and the bins were extremely dirty, appearing as though they hadn't been cleaned in decades. I also noticed rats nearby, which was concerning. Additionally, there was no post box available for parcels, which was inconvenient.
The noise at night was another significant issue due to three karaoke bars nearby, and the proximity to the train station, about 100 metres away, meant that the noise was quite intrusive.
Most frustrating was the delay in the return of the deposit, taking up to two months, which seemed unreasonable. Furthermore, the cleaning service was only provided once every fortnight, which did not meet my expectations for a serviced apartment.

The room is quite spacey compared to the other Japan apartment rooms, surrounded by a lotttt ofj restaurants, 3 different convenience stores, drugstore and near the supermarket.
However this area is crowded with particularly izakaya visitors hence quite noisy at night, where you might find somebody shouting in the middle of the night.
