Food is 5/5, ramen soup is very tasty, if you have a big appetite you can ask for extra noodles twice.

We ordered the top2 bestsellers, but we specifically liked the Garlic Oil Tonkotsu Ramen (versus the normal default tonkotsu ramen) and the boiled egg is superb!

Service is 5/5, food (and noodle refills) are served immediately.

Food orders are taken and paid at the door using a machine.

Eveything you might need are already on the table such as utensils, tissue, side dishes, sauces, chili garlic and water. Thus you can finish the bowl without having to wait for something.

Atmosphore is 4/5, the space is tight and you have to eat fast because seats are very limited and there is a line outside waiting to get in. Not the type to linger and enjoy your meal especially for me because im...

The signature bowl are Tonkatsu Ramen and Tonkatsu Ramen with garlic oil. You also can choose the strong of ramen noodle from soft to hard to fit you own style. The Tonkatsu soup is very Umami and flavorful, aromatic from the pork and thickness from long time skimmer. Surprisingly delicious Hakata style ramen in Ueno. If you come during lunch time, there will probably be a line but it won't take more than 20 minutes to get in.

Portions are quite big, and you can refill your noodles 2 times for free (simply put a small flag with your preferred noodles hardness and shout kaedama kudasai)

The soup has a strong pork bone flavor and it is delicious, it starts around 800 yen which is an amazing price for this quality and quantity. As usual, you buy the ticket from the vending machine inside and hand it over to the staff.
