Lunch Experience at Il Lupino Aoyama

I recently had lunch at Il Lupino Aoyama, a charming restaurant with an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. Located in the heart of Aoyama, the sophisticated vibe perfectly complements the area.

For lunch, I ordered the Prime Hamburger and the Garlic Sautéed Spinach.

Chanced upon this restaurant while visiting my business partner who got a retail outpost on level one, special shout-out to Oak Village!

The wine list is superb and filled with gems which I love to open to celebrate special occasions and good meals with friends and family.

On this occasion, I brought my daughters there with my wife to escape from the scorching sun. The mercury rose above 35 degrees and we were in need of a good lunch.

Il Lupino Prime did not disappoint and the service crew was impeccable and attentive. We had a great burger, sandwiches and pasta. Highly recommended with beer on a hot afternoon.

The food is really good, especially steak and desserts. However the hospitality was so awful. We waited around 20 minutes for each plate. 2 hours dinner became 3.5 hours. It delayed our schedule a lot. When dealing with payment. The staff took my cards away for 15 minutes. After all we found the payment already done but my card was left at the cashier. I understand the staff were busy but this is a little bit over. Overall, this is a restaurant with delicious food but the service level is totally not worth paying a 10% extra...
