This restaurant specializes in Spanish-Japanese fusion food.
We ordered the José Premium 8-Course Meal, and I must say the dishes are visually appealing; the plating is fantastic, but not all of them suited my palate.
I’m all for Asian food and not really into European cuisine, so this could be just me.
I liked the dishes; I just didn’t enjoy them as much.
I also like my beef a little more medium-well, but it came out almost reddish-rare. I asked for it to be cooked more, but it still came back well-done on the outside, rare on the inside. So I just chewed and swallowed each cut in a flash. Kind of grossed me out.
Don’t take my word for it, though. You might totally enjoy the food here.
Overall, a good (and unique?) dining experience. Would I come back? Likely not. Mainly because I am just a foreign visitor in this country. Lol.

The cold appetizer (squid&kimchi, duck&eggplant, cheese, tomato cold soup) are awful. The beef dish : vegetables are overcooked, dry and bitter :( And I don’t like how the restaurant cooked the spinach (just only satay) in the Salmon dish, that’s not how the restaurant at this price should serve customers! Second, I have been waiting too long for the truffle soufflé dish(for over 20 minutes). I know it takes time to cook a soufflé, but the restaurant should work harder on the menu design! At an upscale establishment who claims to "Spanish and Japanese tradition and innovation" on their website, I was disappointed by the following:
Lamb chop that still has its fat not rendered Rump steak that is almost impossible to cut without significant strength Overcooked shrimp in paella
