There was a male sales clerk which unfortunately I couldn’t catch his name but he was very rude, although my family was waiting for me to try on some new shoes he very rudely went up to my family and asked them why they are here ? In a rude tone and didn’t even try to see if they were customers or needed some help or something. Makes me wonder if he’s discriminating even slightly he was at the front most of the time and was wearing a baseball cap

Small section of nice sneakers at this Nike store. Staff are helpful and I found them more helpful than the Nike store in Harajuku.

Was there on a weekday so wasn’t so busy. Went back on a weekend and it was packed!

Happy with my purchase but it was a little complicated when they started asking me to sign up with the Nike website to get a 10% discount.

They didn’t end up giving me a discount in the end (?) and staff started acting a bit weird. Didn’t push for it and didn’t really care...

As a tourist, the in store pickup option is great! Ordered twice through the app to pick up at the Shibuya outlet. Staff here who speak only Japanese tend to communicate with translation apps here so fret not about the language barrier.
