Restaurant Review: Khan Kabab
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Khan Kabab, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly their delectable Biryani. Over two days, I had the opportunity to try both their mutton Biryani and chicken Biryani, and I was thoroughly impressed with both dishes.
The mutton Biryani had tender pieces of meat cooked to perfection, infused with aromatic spices that tantalized my taste buds. The rice was flawlessly cooked, each grain separate and bursting with flavor. The combination of spices was well-balanced, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that truly elevated the dish. It was evident that the chef had taken great care in preparing this traditional dish, as every bite was a delight.
The chicken Biryani was equally impressive. The succulent chicken pieces were generously marinated and cooked with precision. The flavors penetrated the meat, resulting in a rich and mouthwatering experience. The Biryani was served piping hot, and the fragrant aroma wafting from the dish was irresistible. The rice was cooked to perfection, complementing the tender chicken beautifully.
Apart from the remarkable Biryani, Khan Kabab also provided a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant had a warm and inviting ambiance, with attentive staff members who were knowledgeable and eager to assist. The service was prompt, and the staff made sure that we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our meal.
In conclusion, Khan Kabab is a must-visit for Biryani enthusiasts. The mutton and chicken Biryani offered at this restaurant were simply outstanding. The flavors, textures, and overall presentation of the dishes were exemplary. Combined with the excellent service and inviting atmosphere, Khan Kabab offers a truly memorable dining experience. I highly recommend trying their Biryani for a taste sensation that will leave you...
Read moreI dined at Khan kebab & biriyani many a times in last 3 years. Their food is good but their service is just horrible. During covid times it has worsen to epic proportions. Tonight I called them at 8.40 to know their last order and closing time. They informed me 9 pm and 10 pm respectively. After consulting my wife I called them back to inform that I’m at Hibiya station and will be close to 9 pm time to reach the place. To my surprise the staff refused to take my booking and informed me that as it’s Sunday they’re planning to close early and rudely hung up the phone without saying anything else! I wonder why he didn’t tell me this critical piece of info 2 mins back? This came as a big surprise to me because it happened during a time when Tokyo restaurant businesses are gradually going back to normal business hours, this early closing hour approach during Sunday is simply appalling. This is not the first time, the overall inflexibility and non-hospitality of the staffs at Khan has been a constant thing. Seems like the staff members Khan Biriyani have no intent to increase the sales of the restaurant. Hope the owner takes step to address the matter asap.
So if you want good Indian food with good service please avoid Khan Kebab and Biriyani - it’s simply not worth it. There’s a good number of new Indian places near Ginza serving as good as Indian food as Khan, you can go there and enjoy a much...
Read moreVisited before and it was great. Visited this time but only disappoint. Firstly, kept waiting outside without any explanation, could see many tables vacant…. It was around 14:20pm on Saturday afternoon. Then somehow called in… good table and took order. Second disappointment was Biryani was different. Not a usual… only spices in mouth… only felt biryani masala in mouth… felt like mixed after rice has been cooked. Asked staff and he mentioned that main chef is off today. So understand the reason. We also ordered coriander mutton and it also has same spices which were missed with gravy and kept coming in the bites. Thirdly, asked for cut onion, staff mentioned it will be charged and we were ok with it. He mentioned with chat masala or plain. I have asked for with chat masala: it was another disaster with too much only and red chili powder and not salt or chat masala…. Hnnn! Shall we next...
