Disappointing experience despite good meat quality.
We came here expecting a premium yakiniku experience, but left frustrated and disappointed. While the meat itself was tender and flavorful, nearly everything else fell short—especially for the price they charge.
First, the staff had very little knowledge of the menu or the meats they were serving. One dish came out looking completely different from the menu photo—we had to complain to get it replaced. Also, there’s no sense of proper serving order. Beef tongue, which should be served first in a traditional yakiniku course, came out after the main meats.
The service overall felt unprofessional. All the servers seemed unfamiliar with the dishes and couldn’t answer basic questions (Many appeared to be Chinese, not inherently an issue, of course, but it’s clear they haven’t been trained in Japanese yakiniku service or etiquette.)
On top of that, they tacked on a 10% service charge, which is outrageous considering the already inflated prices and lackluster service.
If you’re going just for the meat, sure, it’s good. But the poor service, lack of staff training, and unreasonable pricing make this place hard to recommend. For a place charging this much, I...

As the portion of beef is quite small, I ordered a few other kinds beef which were all good (2nd to 5th photos). I was arranged to sit inside a small private table which is a partitioned room. With this price standard I would expect the staff to introduce each kind of beef while serving, or maybe to help cooking, but neither happened.
