VERY RUDE!! Never experienced poorer service in Japan. Never. We got seated outside in the freezing cold weather because we only ordered drinks and not meals. (It was a cafe time and not lunch/dinner time, so this doesn’t make sense to us.) (We got a table inside at first but they really rudely forced us to move our seats outside after they took our order — so we had no choice but to stay although we wanted to leave if we had to sit outside.)
They didn’t get us glasses of water and wet wipes although I saw everyone in the cafe EXCEPT for us have them on their table. After they forced us to move outside, I thought they were going to prepare us a clean seat but no. We sat on a table and chairs which were all dirty and they didn’t come to clean. We saw the previous group of customers sitting at the outside table we were moved to, and they also had the wet wipes and water on the table— which, the rude staff didn’t come to pick up and clean until we told them to do so. We felt really discriminated against.
Also never had more watery iced coffee ever in my life. I tasted nothing but water and it was very VERY EXPENSIVE! (700 yen for the most mediocre coffee ever.) I do not recommend this place to anyone. Really disappointed because the interior was cute. Also hated how the staff on their break (?) was sitting inside right next to us who were FORCED to sit outside in the cold and she was just scrolling through her phone, drinking her juice or whatever. Why can the staff sit inside and not us? So ridiculous.
Honestly don’t understand why this place has such...
Read moreWorst experience dinning in Japan. The waitress with tattoo was really rude. We walked in to the restaurant and she just ignored us. She then walked passed us without any eye contact n stood really close to us to get us to move out of her way. N then she continously told her colleague to get us to order more food while we still deciding what to order. Half way through the meal she then told us to switch table. We later found out that she told us to move for her colleagues to have their meal during service hour. Beware of the lady...
Read moreA warm and cozy place. Bohemian vintage style setting. Definitely a place to relax to have either crepe or galette with a glass of cider or beer or wine. Staffs are friendly and nice. There is a good variety of crepes or galettes from the menu. We ordered a Nutella crepe ¥1080, La Complète galette (jambon blanc(ham), cheese, egg) ¥1280 and the La Complète Champignons(mushrooms, cheese, egg) ¥1380. We complimented with a glass of draft beer and a glass...
