Actually some of the worst service I've experienced in my life.
The food was fine, standard izakaya fare albeit a bit expensive in the end.
The worst was towards the end of the dinner, which left a bad taste in my whole group's mouth. We had ordered a pitcher of water in case anyone got thirsty, but left it untouched until someone wanted a drink. When we were figuring out the check, the puffy-haired waiter said to me, "Are you guys going to drink the water? Even though you ordered it, you haven't touched it." I don't understand why there was a rush for us to drink the water at the moment. We were winding down and just about to drink the water.
Then when we are exchanging money, he comes back and says "go exchange money somewhere else, we are going to clean the tables now." This is all while there are still other customers in the restaurant, and they weren't being rushed out with the same urgency. Maybe because we're a group of foreigners speaking English.
TL;DR - Horrible customer service, overpriced food, might as well go to...
Read moreFood and service was incredible! I had a wonderful time here with my family and even met up with a cousin I hadn't seen in years. The staff was very quick. We had an issue with a cracked glass and it was taken care of very quickly, and they took the drink off the bill, which we didn't even ask for them to do, since nothing actually happened. The restaurant can get pretty loud and boisterous but it honestly gave it a great and positive atmosphere. Highly recommend for amazing food...

Food was good mostly. I had one or two pieces of sashimi that were a little too fishy smelling but otherwise everything else was good. Avoid the reservation app mindset. Groups of 3 or less you're usually seated in under 30. Larger, just put your name in and go drinking...
