I was served negitoro that was clearly rotten. It smelled like dead rotting fish. We asked if they had an English menu when we were first seated since the outside of the restaurant had English with the pictures but were told no English only Japanese. Not sure if we were treated this way due to being foreigners, or if they serve everyone rotten negitoro sushi. The ordering process also allows for customization, such as a smaller portion of rice and with or without wasabi. This customization feature was disregarded from the sushi chefs since the first order we made was less rice and no wasabi, but the next order we wanted regular rice and wasabi, however, every order after the first order was still less rice and no wasabi. To my demise, walking in I saw the most depressing staff. When asking for the wait, they just stood there and gave me an X. Furthermore, the conveyor belt wasn't working. The one reason why I came. The food was okay at best. Extremely salty takoyaki, and the sashimi has small fish to rice porportions. Overall a very sad experience, and maybe if they fixed the conveyor belt I would give a...
