Tokyo Tonteki — Restaurant in Tokyo

Fine service and a fine atmosphere in this pork steakhouse. Pork steak, burger or a combination of both. I went for the tonteki set meal with rice, miso soup and pickles of 300g for ¥1520. I was looking forward to it, because I was pretty hungry. The first few bites were good, but then I figured out that the meat they use is full of fat and chewy hard and nasty pieces. What a disappointment! I left quite a big portion on my plate because it was simply not okay to eat....

Very good service. The waitress welcomed us with a smile and tried to explain the menu even though we had language barrier.

I had a limited edition meal and got their SSR spicy level. It's suppose to be their most spicy but it was just a bit above Japanese level of spice, which was perfect for me. The meat is juicy and it can be a lot of food if you are not hungry enough. Would recommend their burger steak over...
