If you want to sit next to a salad buffet where people walk into you and your chair while you eat. Then this is the place for you. The atmosphere was painfully bad. And at least 6 people walked into me while I was eating.

You’re seated so close to the giant salad bar line that never ends you can’t hear conversation at your table because there is always like 20 people in line directly behind you the whole time. They are so close they can see what you’re typing on your phone and hear your conversations.

It blows my mind they would seat people one foot away from the salad and desert bars the way they do. Many of the seating is arranged this way. There is an extremely good chance they will seat you in a terrible spot due to the layout here.

I highly recommend you not coming here. Went to many restaurants on our trip to Tokyo this was easily the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. Food wasn’t great. Terrible service. Tiny portions.

EDIT: I’ve added a photo so you can see how close you are to the people in line at the salad bar while you eat. Keep in mind the entrance to the kitchen is in the same spot also. So all the staff also walk behind the people you see in the photo behind me. So that tiny gap is a main pathway for service staff.. Every 10 seconds a staff member walks inches from your arm as you eat. It’s wonderful. Come here if you want to be stressed out while eating. We also made reservations far in advance.

I seriously hope a manager or owner of this restaurant sees this review and removes the many tables setup like this so none else experiences this and whoever designed this layout...

ベジタリアン対応はうそ、店員さんの態度も最悪でした。 ホームページやSNSにベジタリアンメニューがあるとのことで、ベジタリアンの友人と訪れました。でも、実際はサラダと一部のアペタイザーのみが対応されており、パスタやメイン料理は肉や魚を使用。（ベジタリアン用のメイン料理はなし）アペタイザーで”野菜ソーセージ”というメニューを注文したら、実際に来たのはひき肉と蓮根のソーセージで、メニュー名が紛らわしすぎます。結局ベジタリアンの友人は食べられるものが少なく、とても悲しそうでした。 そもそもメニューにシステムがとても分かりづらいです。1オーダーが2人前とのことで、4人で来店していたので2種類のパスタを注文しました。そしたら何も説明もなく、オーダーが全て2倍にされており、各パスタが2オーダーずつ（合計4オーダー）になっており、お会計を見たときはびっくりしました。 このような原因は全て店員さんのせいだと思っております。終始機嫌が悪く、まともにコミュニケーションを取ろうとせず、最悪な経験でした。まず、メニューの説明をボソボソと話しており、全く聞き取れない。お会計をお願いした際もこちらを一度見て何も言わずに素通りされ、聞こえていなかったのかなと思っていたら1分後にお会計を渡されたので意思を持って無視をしたのだと分かりました。カードを渡す際も、返却される際も一言も話さず、突き出されるだけで常に機嫌が悪い状態でした。 料理は確かに美味しく、店内の雰囲気もおしゃれな分、メニューの価格は相応だと思います。ただし、店員さんのせいで全ての体験が台無しになりました。友人は宗教上の理由で肉類を食べられなかったですが、もしアレルギーを持っていて、何も説明されずに出されていたと思うと恐ろしいです。今一度接客を見直してください。

The vegetarian option is a lie, and the staff's attitude was terrible. I visited the restaurant with a vegeterian friend because they said they have a vegetarian items on their website and social media, but in reality, only salads and a few appetizers were available, and pastas and main dishes contained meat or fish. (No main dishes were available for vegetarians.) We ordered a menu item called "vegetable sausages" as an appetizer, but what came was sausage made of ground meat and lotus root, and the menu name was too confusing. As a result, my vegetarian friend had very few options to eat.

First of all, the menu system is very confusing. We ordered two types of pasta because the staff told us that one order was for two people. However, without any explanation, our order was doubled, and each pasta dish became two orders (a total of four orders), and we were surprised when we saw the bill.

I think all of these problems were caused by the staff. He was in a bad mood from beginning to end and did not try to communicate properly. It was a terrible experience. First, he mumbled the menu explanation, and we couldn't hear anything. When we asked for the bill, he just looked at us and passed by without saying anything, and when they finally handed us the bill a minute later, we realized he had ignored us intentionally. When we gave them our card, he didn't say a word when they returned it. They just pushed it toward us and were always in a bad mood.

The food was certainly delicious, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was stylish, so I think the menu prices are reasonable. However, the staff ruined the entire experience. My friend couldn't eat meat for religious reasons, but if he had an allergy and had been served food without any explanation, it is terrifying. Please reconsider your...

This restaurant is Racist! I am Australian and my husband and I came in really hungry and excited to find a vegetarian meal and we saw everyone around us getting bread and an appetiser. I asked the waiter when we would get ours, and he said only Japanese people get it included in the price and foreigners have to pay 500yen per person etc if we want this service! We felt really hurt.

Racism definition: prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior.

It was an expensive pasta with a small portion, and I don’t normally post a negative post but this was really offensive for us. In Australia or Europe if bread is provided complimentary its for everyone, Asian or not, no...
