A cool cafe that serves all gluten free baked items. The coffee is balanced, smooth, robust and tasty. We need to order a second cup of coffee. For the bakery, they do not use flour and replace with rice flour. No white sugar is used. Given the fine ingredients they use the two of us order 4 bakery items. They have chocolate mousse cake and wonder if they have matcha mousse cake. The chocolate mousse cake has the crunchy element on top, the smooth and silky element with the mousse, and another slightly crunchy element (I believe it’s biscuit) on the base. Nice harmony between sweet and bitter on the chocolate taste. They offer to have matcha mousse cake available if we come back the next day. Excellent service....

Then he fills them with slightly sweetened pistachio cream to make a bit of heaven.
