Thank you! Best Dinner I’ve ever had! Let me start off by saying the service was amazing! The food was delicious and the pairings with the wine was perfect! My experience: Our night started at 7pm here! about 7 plates in out of the 10 course meal my girlfriends Stomach decide to act up from some food we ate earlier that day from a local vendor. The staff came up to me and said they would deliver the rest of our meal to our room because she was sick. When they showed up the wished Olivia a happy birthday and brought he food to the room which has been some of the best service I’ve ever seen from a restaurant. Pros: - Very personable experience - English speaking friendly - Food was spectacular - Each chef came up and introduced the meal they made - Tried 11 different wines which paired perfectly with meals - Great price and amazing quality - Service and atmosphere is amazing -Open kitchen Cons: - 3 dinner times 6,6:30,7 (I don’t think it’s a con in really)

This spot only opened recently, and their whole ethos and premise is centered around sustainability and lessening impact by using all parts of the vegetables they cook with. The head chef was incredibly kind and showed us all of his ingredients/kitchen after the meal. This was a night to remember. This place deserves a Michelin Green Star!

Nol truly delivered a fantastic experience from the first to last dish. Every single dish was exceptionally refined and methodically thought out. It was a culinary journey, to say the least. The service and staff were beyond exceptional, so kind and helpful, making sure you were completely satisfied. They also described to you what you were eating, which really helped out. They were also kind enough to give us a kitchen tour after they were done cooking. In all my years of travel, Nol delivered the best meal I have ever had in my life.
