Noting another spot where my body and soul unwind the moment I sit down. This is one of those spots that understands the value of tasteful, eclectic beauty and its effects on a stressed customer. The walls are an odd mix of fashionable wallpaper designs and stained-glass window films. Said window films also decorate the stairs up to the second floor. All the tables have different wallpapers designs on them and even the couches have throw pillows with a riotous variety of fabrics. There's hanging plant globes and light fixtures at all different heights--and I haven't even gotten to the food!
Okay, I haven't had the food yet, but their houjicha latte was quite strong and sweet. A unique flavor that I thoroughly enjoyed. I followed up with the African Nectar tea. Read moreI loved this place. I thought I'd have a chance to go back a few times and take a lot of photos since it was near where I was staying, but I didn't quite fit it in more than the one time.
Staff was friendly and helpful, but only a little bit of English ability. Coffee and tea was excellent, dessert was excellent, and this was an inexpensive cafe compared to others. It also had a very nice atmosphere, items for sale like a shovel shaped spoon to go along with the DIY theme, and free WiFi. I want to go back to Tokyo and I'm going here just because of how cool it was.

Fantastic cafe!
It's a good size cafe with a lot of personality. The food is very well portioned, displayed creatively, and is delicious! Prices are also reasonable.
The cafe itself is also a DIY store, with different paints and fabrics etc. Lots of interesting amenities as well.
