This was the worst place I’ve ever been. My friend asked for a refill of hot water for her tea, but the manager-like guy refused. He said we would have to buy the tea again. We politely asked for just a little water, but he still refused. Then my friend said she would ask the two ladies at the counter behind him. He arrogantly claimed that he was the manager, that he was superior, and that the ladies didn’t know anything. The audacity! But one of the ladies just refilled the cup without any questions! We discovered this restaurant by accident (thank you, Google Maps). As Belgians, we obviously recognised the name, and we were curious. The beer list is amazing, as is the tap. They have a great variety of beers from Belgian microbreweries. A lot of them also new for us. I had mussels and fries. The fries were perfect, like home. Nice place to try some foreign beers, ales and craft. Although being alittle pricey, a few drinks here and there are worth it. Located near Akihabara station, around 2-3 minute walk is this bar and food spot. Staff members are extremely friendly. It’s near the UDX building plaza and next to some cafe , Japanese restaurants.
