Not your average beef meat burger, this shogun burger resteraunt takes infuses the Wagyu into typical minced mundane beef, as the pics speaks for itself. I love the melon Fanta drink and you can go for refills, although I was already full to go for 2nd serves and they K ow it! The Wagyu beef is filling and the sauces sitting on the table is available to fancy your taste buds from mustard and ketchup to their spicy hot sauces. Burger may seem small in the pics, but it makes up for the towering height. And unless you got a jaw like chad, you're going to need a knife and fork to really bite into it. Fries are quite good but they are lacking quantity. I guess their icon of highlight is the burger anyway. You need to line up and order and pay from the kiosk, take the ticket and present to them inside, them wait for your order to be called. The environment is inviting and warm. Price wise though, it is abit steep if you prefer cheaper alternatives like tempura on rice and miso soup, but I guess curiosity led me to at least try...

Cheeseburger 🍔 | 🥩 Bœuf wagyu. Au goût, au-dessus de la moyenne. Bien salé, peu poivré. Il a ce goût "frais du boucher", un peu intense (qui pourra déplaire à certains). Cuisson inégale mais globalement à point. Par contre, je n'aurais pas deviné que c'était du wagyu si ce n'était pas écrit. En ayant déjà goûté, je ne retrouve pas le parfum "beurré" et très riche en umami du wagyu. Ça aurait pu être ce à quoi je m'attends d'un patty d'un bœuf Angus . Mais c'est une bonne viande en général. Autrement, il y a des petites boules de gras ou d'autres morceaux durs à mâcher qui dérangent. Aussi, il dégage beaucoup beaucoup de gras, heureusement absorbé par les buns. 🧀 Un vrai cheddar fondu, avec du goût et une bonne texture. Bien salé. Le gras ici, c'est celui du jus de boeuf Wagyu qui est très intense au goût, et quand il se mélange aux légumes et au ketchup, il a même presque un petit goût sucré très plaisant. 🥬 Tomates salade pickles, un combo simple et frais qui s'équilibre avec l'intensité de la viande. 🍞 Bun classique, très toasté mais pas brûlé.
