I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received. We attempted to order in Japanese, although our language skills are limited. When the staff member had difficulty understanding us, she simply stared at us coldly without making any effort to assist us. I initially thought this was just her personality, but I later realized that she treated the Japanese customers who came after us with a much warmer and more accommodating attitude.It is clear that we were discriminated against because of our nationality. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and makes me feel unwelcome in your establishment. I will not be returning and I will be sure to share my experience with my friends, I hope that your management team will take this complaint seriously and take steps to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and...

Located on the insides of the Korean shopping street of Shin Okubo, this cafe might be a little difficuly to find for first timers, but worth the travel. The shakes/drinks here are larger than even Venti size of Starbucks, and costs equivalently, which is considerably a good amount. If drunk after a good calculation, this drink can last a whole day.

Tried Aurora Lemon tea too, the color was too pleasing and the taste was delicious. Hope to taste some more delicious buns too.

Last but not the least, they have seats outside, 1 st floor, 2 nd floor and the beat is in the 3rd floor with Japanese style seating. The staff were kind enough to explain too. 10/10...

I expected a bit too much because I knew this restaurant via tiktok and I wanna try chocolate dubai. Well I order sea salt coffee which is really good and chocolate dubai which is macaron was also good as well. But chocolate dubai(milk chocolate which costs around 1.5k) was really normal hmmmm it’s really not worth for that price.

Sea salt coffee is the best one that I really want to recommend (around 850+900¥ ) Chocolate latte is good as well!

About atmosphere… we sat at second floor which was not thing only table and seat and narrow.

First floor’s outside’s seats are lovely tho But the others.. hmm maybe...
