Not much of leaving reviews, but this one deserves it.

Best ramen I have eat in Japan, they literally personalised my ramen as on spiciness, consistency of the broth, texture of the noodles and the flavour of the broth was just delicious, also plenty of top quality toppings at your disposition to personalise your ramen, my favourite was the yuzu pepper paste( salty, peppery and citrus, with that yuzu distinctive flavour), not to mention that the service was exceptional, you know you are in the right place when first thing they do when you seat on the table is to offer you an appron, so you won't stain your clothes if you are enjoying your noodles and they splash on you.

If you are a fan of citrus, I highly recommend the Yuzu Ramen. It’s light in flavor but rightfully so in complimenting and even highlighting the ingredients to the fullest. This special broth is a testament to skill of “Oreryu Shio-Ramen” in providing unique and delicious dishes.

Additionally, the 3pc./3pc. Of Gyoza and Karage was excellent. The Karage was crispy, juicy, and flavorful. The Gyoza could have been a little crisper but overall was quite tasty.

It feels like every Ramen kitchen makes fantastic product in this city, and this restaurant is no exception.

Order your meal at the storefront machine and the hardest decision will be which to get. We had the special and the Miso ramen, which were both spectacular.
