Kugatsudo — Restaurant in Tokyo

I can tell this spot cares about how their customers experience food. I ordered the luxury ramen + jasmine tea. The tea came with a timer (time reference to steep the tea) and a warmed ceramic tea cup. I got to sit at the counter and watched the two staff efficiently get orders going. The meat was well seasoned and tasted fresh. The veggies were chopped up in lil star shapes to omg- this attention to detail made it obvious to me that the two staff are dedicated to their craft.

This restaurant offers a limited selection of ramens, but each of them is prepared masterfully and will satiate you far beyond your expectations. Where most Japanese businesses struggle to communicate with turists- this restaurant is extremely turist friendly. The order is made by filling a form and the wait staff are glad to help any struggling costumers. The ramen is delicious and the whole experience is completed with a blanket you receive to your table as if saying "come snuggle here, and don't worry about a thing". 10/10 would...

This place should be famous for how good it is, coming here in 2025 - I'd love to see where this is in 5 years. Every dish was amazing, and we ordered a lot. The dumplings so soft and perfectly cooked, we almost got a second round of both. The gyoza was excellent, so we got 2 of them. We had never had dipping noodles and while we decided to share - we could have easily all got our own dish. Also, good drink options with tea, beer, and ice cream...
