Speaking as a New Yorker, the food was alright. I wanted to like this more, but something was missing. The pizza slices are smaller than NY's, but bigger than Japan's, but still at full NY prices. I think the sauce was too sweet.
The place sold out quickly, and often had only 2 or 3 slices of the various pies on the menu, but the guy only made one pie between sell outs. He needs to hire more staff so that there's a constant stream of pies being made. Service was nonexistent.
Warning for visitors: this place doesn't accept cash, which is frankly ridiculous.

They have Heinz ketchup for the fries, tabasco hot sauce if you want it. And some US standard soft drinks. Like, I automatically assume everyone outside of the US thinks Dr. Pepper tastes like medicine, but they offer it to someone.
