I’m telling you, if you want good wholesome ramen, this is the spot. The broth is delicious and the noodles are perfect. They are slightly thicker then the normal noodles but that makes it easier for me to pick up I find. I placed my seaweed at the very bottom of the broth and just let it sit there as I ate my noodles.
