Lawson — Local services in Tokyo

I had a very bad experience in this Lawson, I didn't expect it to happen in Japan. On November 24, 2024, from around 9:35AM to 9:40AM, I bought a bottle of boss coffee here. The cashier was an Indian (wearing a mask, just guessing) male. He deliberately took away a 500 coin as 50. At first I thought I remembered the price wrong, because I have never encountered a cashier who would make a mistake in the price, so I doubted myself... I felt that I misread the price, and after expressing my apology, I wanted to return the coffee. The person had a bad attitude and was very rude. He said that it could not be returned. I was very surprised... In the end, I returned the goods and the money. The coffee was 149, and he charged me 599... The counter guy very tall (foreign worker) is very rude and has an attitude problem. I witnessed him shouting at an elderly woman who queued the wrong way as the queue line was blocked from her line of vision (if you go Lawson you will see that the queue is directly in front of the cashier with the next person standing in line quite a distance away. 近くの東横インに宿泊の為、荷物を預けて立ち寄りました。イートインスペースは、大変広く、横に喫煙スペースもありますが臭い全く気になりません。充電器を借りる事もでき、充電スペースはございません。

他の方もおっしゃっているように お二人の外国人の方が、特に推してる商品を大きな声でおっしゃっていたり、とっても親切に奥様もお話してくださり、私の中で日本一気持ちのいいローソンさんの店舗さんだなって想いました。

無印良品の商品も多くあったり、 パックとかお酒やおつまみも充実しているのでとてもいいなと思いました。

また夜きます🌟 本当ここの店舗最高！地元のローソンの深夜帯の店員さんに見せてやりたいくらい。 チンベル鳴らさないからって目の前で鳴らす地元の店員とは大違い。

外国からいらして、日本で一生懸命働いていらして、他の方にも優しく声をかけていらして思わずキュンとしました。

平日のお昼時、サラリーマンの方も 癒されてるご様子でした。
