This establishment is conveniently located near Tokyo station and it was the only one restaurant that I can make a reservation a day before. The special fish course I ordered was quite a surprise. It tasted more like unagi than a French dish. This is the only Michelin star restaurant that I have ever visited without any staff members speaking English. I was quite shocked since I made the reservation in English and usually for a French restaurant like this, at least one staff would be able to communicate in simple English. Throughout the whole meal, the staff only spoke Japanese without any menu or instructions in English. It seems like they only want Japanese customers to visit.

東京會舘2階にあるフレンチレストラン。 ミシュランガむド東京2023では䞀぀星を獲埗しおいたす。

皇居のお堀を目の前に芋るこずができるビュヌで、光の差し蟌みが玠敵な店内。 元々は魚介のフレンチのお店から始たったずいうこずもあり、魚矀をむメヌゞしたオブゞェや鱗のような柄の怅子など、魚に関連した内装になっおいるそう。

今回はランチのコヌスを頂きたした。

也杯にシャンパヌニュ。 黒ブドりから䜜られたもので、スッキリした蟛口。

▪アミュヌズ フォアグラのフラン。 ずおも濃厚なフォアグラの颚味を楜しむこずができ、滑らかな舌觊りも良かったです。

▪オヌドブル 滑らかなズッキヌニのモワルヌの䞋には、オマヌル海老の身が 甲殻類のゞュレず䞀緒に食べるず矎味しさが増したす。

▪パン パンは3皮類から遞べたので党皮いただいちゃいたした。 オリヌブのパンがずおも矎味しかったです。 そしお、バタヌはなんずフランス産の発酵バタヌであるコンビ゚ットの䜿い切りタむプを䞀人1個。嬉しい。

▪本日の魚料理 この日は石川県の鰆がお魚料理のメむン。 鰆はふっくらずしおいお身が分厚い ミネストロヌネのようなスヌプ仕立おになっおいお、さっぱりず食べるこずができたす。

▪肉料理 岩䞭豚の分厚いロヌストがメむン。 ずっおもゞュヌシヌで矎味しかったです 皮の郚分は別焌きで䞊に乗っおいお、こちらも矎味しい。 初めお芋るような倧きな䞇願寺唐蟛子が敷かれおいたした。

▪プルニ゚特補デザヌト ピニャコラヌダ颚のノァシュランは、メレンゲを噚に芋立おお䜜られおいたす。 クリヌミヌながらもココナッツで倏らしいデザヌト。 添えられたミントのアむスは、爜やかさずミルキヌさのバランスが最高でした。

▪コヌヒヌ、ミニャルディヌズ 最埌に枩かいカフェラテをお願い、小菓子ずいただきたした。 この小菓子がどれも倏らしいお品でクオリティも高かったです。
