Soju Hanzan — Restaurant in Tokyo

We sat at the front of the restaurant, near the till. The chairs were not particularly comfortable, but the tables were clean.

We ordered a mega beer, a makkgeoli peach during happy hour, as well as half and half fried chicken. The meal came with 3 small side dishes: cucumbers with dressing, spicy squid, and Macaroni salad.

The prices were good, the chicken was very hot and tasted great, and we were provided a variety of cuts including wings, drumsticks, ribs, thighs, etc in both flavors. The chicken came with pickled daikon, mustard and salt for dipping the regular fried chicken into.

The staff assisted us with ordering using the tablets at the table, the staff spoke English and were helpful. Our drinks and side dishes were provided promptly, though the chicken took some time to prepare.

Our group did not go into the rear of the restaurant where the karaoke and bar are purported to be by other customers, so I won't comment on...

RACIST/DISCRIMINATION are key words ..Look like a dope vibe initially, when walking in. Upon Waiting to get seated there’s plenty of open seats everywhere so we asked if we could sit where The crowd was. But they said no, and put us in the back, secluded from everyone else.(literally dead area with no people) my guess that the gajin section . A few minutes later looked around and noticed that there was only two other people around us and they were both also not Japanese so it’s not just a coincidence.
