We two stopped for coffee and pastry. Coffee was excellent and makes a stop worthwhile.

COFFEE: 5.0. I had drip coffee of day, which was from Guatemala. My fussy partner had decaf. Both were excellent.

PASTRIES: 3.0. Fine with the coffee.

SERVICE: 4.5. The two gentlemen handling our order were kind and efficient.

AMBIANCE: 2.5. This seems to be primarily a roastery, and secondarily a place to sit and have coffee. The music was excellent, a kind of relaxing jazz. Seating was limited: there was one backless bench outside; inside there was a 3 stool counter, and one improvised "table" with two improvised backless "seats". The three stools were pretty much taken by a person who seemed to be associated with the business, and who often talked loudly on a phone; therefore, we sat at the...

Don’t visit this coffee shop! SUPER LOW SERVICE

As Hong Kong tourist, I have visited Japan many times, but this is my first time really bad experience in Japan. I went into the coffee shop and the waitress asked us to order first before taking a seat. However, other foreign customers (whites) are allowed to sit down first and order later. When it’s our turn to order, she directly assumed us to order take away instead.

How bad it is? We’re being very polite and friendly, and this is what we received in Japan???

I’m going to provide this comment to everyone who are opposite to this value. Won’t visit again...

A wonderful experience for me! Not only the coffee&food are good, the whole atmosphere is so warm. Today I came along, the male store owner kindly talked to me and we had a short but warm chatting. It is so considerate for you to take care of a foreigner like me! So really appreciated, not only for coffee☺️ Another hand, the female store owner is so cheerful! Her smile is like sunshine and brought energy for me!

Hope I can visit here soon. It was the wonderful ending of my...

A lovely little cafe we randomly chose for today. The coffee is being ground at the spot. We tried three different kinds and they all had different smells and tastes. A bit expensive compared to other normal coffees but it makes sense. You can tell that they are passionate about it. We also tried their sandwiches and they were delicious. I liked the atmosphere and the music complemented it which reminded me of the Persona games.
