Soryu Togyokudo Roppongi — Restaurant in Tokyo

Real good place for spicy noodles if you are carving for one! They have different level of spiciness, with the highest being 5 (which I was told it was too much)! My recommendation would be to go with level 4 since the level 3 that I had was not spicy at all. Also order gyoza on the side, it only cost an additional 150 yen or something. The only negative is the annoying door entrance which makes a cranky sound whenever someone tries to close it. Better sit as far away from it, if not it does make your experience...

Gyozas - large and small kinds. The large is almost double the size of the smaller ones and a lot more meat filling. They ran out of a dozen the large size so we got 4 large + 18 small. Plus, dandan beef noodle (their specialty though we asked for less spicy), beef ramen, liver and chive stir fry (quite spicy even though it wasn't labeled spicy). Also had 2 of the homemade almond tofu desserts. Nice rainy...

Not sure why this place makes customers wait outside (even when it's not crowded) and only lets one group in at a time. The door was closed, so the air circulation was terrible—the whole restaurant smelled like a washroom. The noodles were decent but extremely salty, even for an authentic Asian taste. For Roppongi, where there are so many great options, it’s surprising this place stays in business…….....
