Read more“Spicy” has many connotations. In this case, there are a lot of actual spices (incl. coriander) that go into this bowl of ramen. This is not my particular palette preference, which is why I personally gave it 4 stars. It was pleasantly spicy (hot) and of course you can adjust the heat. Read moreOut of all the ramen I had the opportunity to try during my trip to Japan, this was without any doubt my favorite. The broth has a unique and tasty flavour, the noodles are firm, and the katsu is simply delicious, it almost melts in your chopsticks when holding it, super tender and flavourful. The boiled eggs are cooked to perfection.
I really recommend it to anyone who enjoys ramen and likes a pinch of spice.
