Before eating here, I checked some reviews. A bunch of people said it was salty. But how salty can it be? I also saw some very good reviews. But here’s a warning: those good reviews are pure lies. I have eaten many many meals in Japan but this one was by far the worst. So much that I am taking the time to write my first ever review of a restaurant in Japan. Don’t get me wrong, I love ramen, all sorts of ramen. I seriously think I am quite generous too about my opinions, but Jesus, the butter corn miso ramen that I ordered was the saltiest bowl of anything I have ever had. The reason the service is 3/5 is because the worker saw my reaction after having a spoon of soup, so he offered me a bowl of unseasoned broth to wash out the saltiness. Isn’t that crazy? Have you ever seen something like that? I’m not even kidding, it was like the bottom half of my soup was a bowl of miso paste. To give you an idea of what was acceptable, I scooped out 30% of my ramen into the soup the worker gave me. It was then an acceptable saltiness. THATS HOW MUCH I HAD TO DILUTE MY SOUP! The food was easily 0/5. I did not finish the ramen. To give perspective, this is the first ever bowl of ramen in my life I have never finished. Service was 3/5 for reasons above Atmosphere is a 0/5. ほぼ全てのメニューを食した私が推奨するのは「しょうゆかつおラーメン」と「カレーラーメン」の2つです。カレーラーメンにいたってはこの味のままカレーを出してほしいほどです。

ラーメンの種類は豊富ですが、ごっつは「しょうゆかつおorカレー」のどちらかにたどり着きます。他は普通です。

当方はしょうゆかたおとカレーのループです。新作が出たら必ず食べていますが、普通です。控えめに言っても100回以上利用しておりますが、しょうゆラーメンが「ごっつ」であり、「カレーラーメン」が裏ごっつなのです。

さて、では個人的な採点です。5点満点です。

店内の清潔感は「2」です。比較としてAFURIが「5」です。清掃が隅々までされている訳ではありません。店内のにおいもちゃんと臭いです。グリストラップ清掃をして1週間は大丈夫ですが、それ以降はやや臭います。かと言ってテーブルが汚い訳ではありません。衛生面に拘る方はそれを承知でお願いします。席はカウンターのみ、お隣との距離は「やや近い」です。混んでるとカウンター席の後ろに人が並ぶので気まずい人は気まずいです。慣れですね。

スタッフの評価は「3」です。女性スタッフが馬鹿デカい声で会話をしていることは多々あります。でもこんなこと海外なら普通のことだし、これに憤慨しては器が知れます。そもそもスタッフは一生懸命です。ただ馬鹿デカい声で会話をしているだけです。

値段の評価は「5」です。かつお醤油ラーメンが820円。カレーラーメン950円。2023年夏時点。アプリ会員なら大盛り無料。大盛り食べれば18時間お腹いっぱい。コスパとしては最高峰で間違いありません。向かいにある「そばにラー油」の価格と比べると、原価的に見てもコスパ良しです。

客層の評価は「4」です。マナーの悪い客はあまり見かけません。ただ、車を目の前の昭和通りに路駐して来店してる輩がおり、はっきり言ってクソ迷惑です。店主はもっと注意喚起して抑制しなければ。事故が起きてからでは遅いのです。

総合的な評価は星のとおり『5』です。

ごちゃごちゃと書きましたが、初めての方は「かつお醤油ラーメン」を食べて、次の機会があれば「カレーラーメン」で間違いありません。

For first-timers, if you try the bonito soy sauce ramen, you'll know how it goes with gottsu. delicious! If you feel like that, try miso too. it is normal.

I have eaten almost all the menus, and I recommend two, "Katsuo Shoyu Ramen" and "Curry Ramen". When it comes to curry ramen, I would like the curry to be served with this taste.

There are many types of ramen, but the best is either bonito soy sauce or curry. Others are normal.

We are a loop of bonito soy sauce ramen and curry ramen. Whenever a new product comes out, I always eat it, but it's normal. To say the least, I have used them more than 100 times.

Now for my personal rating. A perfect score of 5.

The cleanliness in the store is "2". As a comparison, Azabu Juban AFURI is "5". Not every nook and cranny is cleaned. The smell in the store is also stinky. It's fine for a week after cleaning the grease trap, but after that it smells a little. That doesn't mean the table is dirty. Please be aware of this if you are concerned about hygiene. There are only counter seats, and the distance to the next door is "slightly close".

Staff rating is "2". There are many cases where the female staff speaks irrelevantly in a stupid voice. Even if you ask for a large serving, it will come out in a medium size, or if you ask for less back fat, it will be served normally. But this kind of thing is normal overseas, and if you feel uncomfortable and resentful about it, you'll know what you're doing. First of all, the staff works hard. I just make mistakes in my order by talking in a ridiculously loud voice. *Earphones are recommended.

The price rating is "5". Bonito soy sauce ramen is 820 yen. Curry ramen 950 yen. If you are an app member, a large serving is free. If you eat a large serving, you will be full for 18 hours. There is no doubt that it is the highest peak for cospa. Compared to the price of "Soba ni chili oil" across the street, the cost performance is good even if you look at the cost.

Customer rating is "4". I don't see many customers with bad manners.

I wrote it in a mess, but if it's your first time, try the "Bonito Soy Sauce Ramen", and if you have the next opportunity, the "Curry Ramen" is definitely...

This should be on top of your list for "when I screwed up my itinerary now everything is closed, and I'm hungry". It's not the best but at 10:30pm, it's probably one of the better ramen shops open.

I ordered the set A which is the soy sauce ramen with dumplings and rice. I love my ramen salty which is exactly what this shop offers. However it does require a few scoops of minced garlic or else the ramen bowl gets old really quickly.

Side note: I usually hate bean sprouts in my ramen but due to the salt content, the bean sprouts were a welcome addition.

The bowl is massive but I was able to finish the noodles without being in pain. It looks bigger than it is. Portions are larger than average but...
