I ordered two grande cups of pumpkin spice latte earlier today.
This photo was taken right after I opened the lid from one of them (because the cups felt lighter than how a grande cup usually feels like), and without any sips taken.
Firstly, we ordered hot. If this is cold, and we requested for little to no ice, we can understand and let it pass. But with this amount, are you giving us the bare minimum? Or are you stingy?
Secondly, we ordered latte, not cappuccino. I assume that there was a layer of foam on the top when the staff was pouring the drink, hence he probably thought he fulfilled the grande amount. If that’s the case, why did you put so much foam? We ordered latte, no? We don’t need foam in a latte. So when you heat up the milk, you don’t need to inject air when heating up the milk with the steam wand - unless of course, a customer specifically requests for a cappuccino .
Thirdly, maybe.. just maybe… you can argue that this is the typical amount you guys pour for hot drinks to prevent any spillover in the takeaway. It’ll be hilarious because we were not given the sleeves initially and we had to...
