Perfectly crispy, flavorful, everything fresh. Set menu was really nicely paced, vegetables punctuated by seafoods. We opted for the tempura-only meal (tempura with sashimi was also an option). Finding a good tendon is difficult in West Tokyo. Found this place doing Tenjyu so gave it a try. The setting appears nice but there is a layer of grease in the air.
