Incredibly bland food, I took 3 or 4 bites of the burrito before leaving, leaving at least 75% of the burrito there. Maybe locals like it bland, but very disappointing as a foreigner who loves California & Mexican food. Overpriced for the quality, the burritos look well sized, but 1/3rd is filled with potatoes.

I had even specifically asked for hot sauce inside the burrito, to which it was brought on the side. This is definitely not Cali or Tex-Mex. On the service side, it was ok service, but no one asked how the food was or why I asked for the check after the 2nd bite. The only thing I can say positive about the entire experience is that staff were friendly through out and one brought me a shopping bag I forgot inside...

I got the Deluxe burrito for ¥1500, however this place forces you to buy a drink, so my final bill was around ¥1900 (you lose stars for this bad business practice)

Burrito was ok, the meat was quite good, but it’s 50% of it was filled with French fries, ridiculous!!!!

The extra rice, beans, salsa, and guacamole does not make up for the lacking of filling and food.

Burrito was only 6 inches long max, and 3 inches wide. This is consider small to medium sized, ¥1500 yen should buy me a large.

This is terrible value, Frijoles has way better value than this place

Loved this place! The staff were very nice and food was delicious. English menus are available. I found the restaurant to be very good value compared to a lot of surrounding spots - came to about $30 USD for three of us. They also use corn tortillas which is good for people that are gluten-conscious, though there is probably risk of cross contamination for those that are more sensitive to it.
